What payment options do you accept and how does ordering work?
At this moment, only payment by direct bank wire transfer is accepted in our webshop.
After you place your order, you will recieve an updated invoice with correct VAT, quantity and shippingfee for your country. Please be patient as this can take a while to recieve since it is done manually by us.
What is your shipping times?
We will work hard to ship out your wares as soon as possible. If the items you ordered is in stock and you have paid your full invoice, you can expect us to ship it within 5 workingdays.
You can see item stock status within the info section for each item.
What is your refund policy?
If you have changed your mind regarding an item you bought from us, you are welcome to contact us via email so we can provide you with a return shipping label.
As a private customer, can I buy items from you webshop?
No, at this webshop we only sell to registered businesses as a wholesaler.
